SCHEMATIC DESIGN

  • Schematic Design will take our team 2-4 weeks. This includes a consultation, client brief and initial schematic design.

    CLIENT BRIEF/KICK-OFF MEETING

Once the proposal is approved, we will engage in a kick-off meeting with the clients. The client brief is a roadmap of questions to hear and learn about your preferences, past successes/failures, aversions, and visions.

With out-of-state projects, we set up a series of calls, Teams meetings, in-person visits as well as sample boxes sent throughout the process.

Throughout the process, we will communicate what we are working on, along with next steps and any homework needed from the clients/owners. This makes for a collaborative and cohesive process.

  • It’s all in the details. We provide a complete set of ID drawings, along with renderings that bring your vision to life. Our ID sets include a dedicated details page that highlights any special or unique aspects of your project. We collaborate closely with the builder to understand framing and construction, ensuring we present you with realistic and practical ideas.

  • We provide comprehensive specification details and selections, covering everything from cabinetry and lighting to slabs, paint, plaster, timber, flooring, and tile. Our goal is to alleviate the stress of your project. We proactively prioritize selections based on the construction timeline, ensuring you can relax knowing that we have everything under control.

  • 3D renderings are essential for anyone building a home. They provide a valuable visual representation of your selections, bringing your vision to life. We can showcase options for lighting, flooring, tongue-and-groove finishes, and more, allowing you to experience scalable and realistic perspectives throughout your space.

  • The ID sets are the cornerstone of your project; a general contractor cannot proceed without them. Behind the scenes, we work diligently with the architect, general contractor, and client to maintain constant communication and collaboration.

  • Whatever your style, we’re here to support you in selecting the perfect furniture for your project. We take great pride in understanding your budget and ensuring we stay within those parameters. Statistics show that furnished homes have a significantly higher chance of selling compared to empty ones. Plus, all furnishings used in the staging are available for purchase, offering an added convenience for buyers.
